Field of expertise: Mr. HOEUR Sethul is a Counselling Psychologist. He is founder of KCPS-Counseling Psycho-education Services and president of Cambodia Association for Counsellors & Psychologists. He obtained his B.A in psychology from RUPP and M.A in Counselling from De La Salle  University, Philippines. He has about 20 years of experience in his profession.
